I paid for a service and they failed to delivery my package and have lost my item, the tracking number proves this as they don't have a record of delivery or return.ĪVOID THIS COMPANY, I have read multiple reviews all the same- they need to take this seriously and pay me for my item instead of shifting the blame onto me. They have no call centres instead you send multiple emails, takes days if not weeks to reply, every time its a new person replying- poor customer service infact zero customer service, they are liars and have the audacity to blame customer. I waited for three months and got little assistance from parcel monkey as I was constantly given the runaround and never properly updated in tracking. They never gave me a tracking number and parcel monkey's website tracker never updated after the drop off. Firstly no reason provide, no signature proof of delivery- I was at work when they claimed to have returned without any reasoning.įor months we went round and round in circles as they have been lying all along, my parcel was insured I paid a premium of £40 to insure which is pure rip off as they don't insure you simple take you money. Parcel monkey arranged for my package to be shipped with EMS but the package was lost. “Dishonest, they lost my parcel and tried to say it was returned to me. \r\n\r\nSo it seems that I cannot now expect that any parcel I send is not to be mistreated and abused, as that is what has clearly happened here.\r\n\r\nA great attitude and a great way to loose customers.\r\n\r\nWhat a joke." OK - so I cannot claim for the confectionary as they list this on their exclusion list (it seems that most things are nowadays).\r\n\r\nBut I am apparently not even entitled to a refund of the carriage - as the parcel was delivered and so they deem that \"the service was provided although the parcel was damaged\". \r\n\r\nLaughably I choose to pay extra for DPD over ParcelForce as I thought that they were suppossed to be more reliable!\r\n\r\nThe contents were all broken. Parcel Monkey has 5 employees at their 1 location. \r\n\r\nOn delivery the box was so squashed that both sides of the box had burst open, one ripping the box staples that joined it together. Internally it was stuffed with bubble wrap and the brown paper that Amazon use with their boxes.
